Assessed needs and teaching challenges to develop customized solutions and training for diverse schools, academic disciplines, personalities, and teaching contexts
Transformed complex technical WCAG requirements into accessible, approachable, and actionable resources for non-technical personnel to meet the needs of all students, in particular students with disabilities

Managed the Instructional Design Team for four months during the rapid response for instructional continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Initiatives included:
Design, development, and implementation of FLEX Camp, an intensive 3-day virtual instructor-led training program with asynchronous resources, enabling over 200 faculty to transition to effective online instruction during the COVID-19 pandemic
Production of Online Teaching in 10 Minutes, a microlearning video series to address urgent instructional continuity needs; videos averaged over 400 views each, demonstrating a high rate of engagement and utility
Training of 60 additional LAI staff to handle the anticipated extra Blackboard call volume
Management of project workflows and realigned staff priorities in coordination with school program directors and departmental leadership to meet urgent university-wide needs
Spearheaded the redesign and standardization of Blackboard course templates and team documentation, resulting in improved workflow efficiency and consistency in online course development
Designed and developed four concurrent course projects per semester in collaboration with faculty SME, media producer, and instructional technology team, meeting deadlines and Quality Matters standards
